FROM ANTHROPOCENE TO SYMBIO[S]CENE: TELLING HUMAN STORIES IN A MORE-THAN-HUMAN FRAME by Una Chaudhuri

Dear Climate “Meditations”


A 6-day creative workshop on sustainable artistic practice. Student groups work independently towards a presentation under the supervision of one of the 11 mentors selected by the member institutions. During the intensive week there will be series of talks in the afternoon with artists, intellectuals, cultural politicians and Nordic culture funds present their operation. The course will gather around 90 students and the site of it will be the old campus of Lithuanian Academy of Music and Theatre in Vilnius. 

The intensive course starts with a welcome reception at 18.00 and a lecture at 20.00 on Sunday, 26 August. The final day of coursework is Saturday, 1 September. Sunday is departure day.

Student participants are expected to:
-have watched all the lectures from the Sustainable Theatre Artist online series, available here.
